Muja heard a voice and blinked slightly, and then finally opened her eyes fully. She looked confused, but reflexes took hold as she whipped out her dagger and sliced through a zombie coming too close to her. Apparently the spell released since her mother thought her to be dead and gone. She ducked when a zombie swung at her and sliced through that one as well.
She saw Jas near her and smiled, glad that she had him here. This was too weird, her dead mother randomly appearing out of nowhere and taking revenge. She felt a bony hand on her shoulder and struggled to get out. She elbowed the zombie, but that did nothing. She grunted and kicked backwards, smashing its skeleton all over the ground. Its hand still had a tight grip on her shoulder, and she pushed it off, grimacing. She probably had a bruise there.

*Another slash, more zombuies reduced to ashes* (This is taking too long) Jas thought, starting to pant because of the mental focus it takes to keep his sword in its current mode. (For each one that falls, more takes their place)

Muja realized she'd have to use some magic, they were quickly losing this battle. She closed her eyes and put her hands together.
"Templa en' tessa!"
The zombies froze wherever they were and stayed that way, unable to move. She was glad she still remembered the paralyze spell.
"Quick, we have to move quickly, I don't know how long this lasts. I haven't used it in a long time!"
Muja ran around, slashing all the zombies she could to pieces, paranoid of when the spell would wear off.

*Fallows after her, letting the blade return to normal, but changing it into a double edge broadsword, it's Warrior Mode. Fallowing in suit, also attack the now stautes as he ran by*

After a few minutes, the zombies started to quiver, and Muja cursed the shortness of the spell. She started slashing every zombie in sight, and soon there were very few in the yard.
"Good..."
I hate graveyards...

*Also sees there's a few left, not many coming out from the ground like before* (Time to finish the job) *The blade glows as a transparent figure of Odin appears behind him* "Zantetsuken." he said before slashing, a shockwave being sent out. Muja didn't feel a thing, but the zombies were sliced in half, both horizontaly and verticaly. After that was slience as his sword returned to its normal form.

(OOC- >_> <_< So sorry...I'm terrible! I was in Europe for 2 weeks but before that I was just busy with the end of school. Bleeehh.)
Muja stared at him, breathing hard.
"Wow, that finished it off nicely. Thanks."
She was trying to comprehend what happened. Her mother just wouldn't leave her alone! Hopefully this is the last time she'd try to take revenge on her again.
"I think I'll just avoid graveyards from now on. That was just insane. Well, I'm not complaining, graveyards aren't the happiest of places."

"I agree with you on that." Jas replied, putting his sword away. "But what could of caused this is what I'm wondering."

"You don't know my mother. She was a powerful witch, so there's no doubt she was gathering strength in the underworld all these years. Look how that paid off..."
Muja shrugged, pretending this didn't affect her as much as it did.
"It's over now, anyway."

"Good plan."
Muja began to walk briskly out of the deathly quiet graveyard and out into the hustle and bustle of the streets. It seemed that people neither noticed nor cared about the goings on inside the graveyard. That was a relief; she didn't want to have to explain herself to anybody. It was also kind of sad that people are so wrapped up in their own lives that they fail to acknowledge their surroundings.
Maybe people who did see just fled like cowards and their families don't believe their stories. Don't blame them...
She turned to Jas.
"I guess we can just keep going to the place where I was going to take you anyway."
(OOC- Just thought I'd warn you this time -- after this post, I'm gonna be gone until July 17th. So seeya then!)

(OOC: Thanks for the heads-up))
"Yeah lets go."
*Little did they know, they both were being watched as they left, his aura was kept suppressed so the Cetra wouldn't discover him* "I thougth I told you to gather information on them, not to try and kill your daughter. I did not bring you back from the netherworld for that purpose." He said as he turned and looked at the reincarnation of Muja's mother.

(OOC- Anytime. I'm not going anywhere else this summer lol. That was it.)
Eliv (Muja's mother) scowled at her daughter's retreating form.
"I couldn't help but have a little fun with her! She got lucky this time."
-------------
Muja led Jas down the path away from town and into the more deserted areas of the island. The day proved to be a hot one, but the trees provided refreshing shade. The path winded around the outskirts of the village and towards the other side of Kilika.

"Call it whatever you will. I will not have your vengence ruin my plan." *He then turns and looks at her* "I also hope you have no thought of betraying me when I fullfill my end of the deal."
-------------
"*Phew* Sure is hot." Jas said, wiping some of the sweat off his fore head.

Eliv rolled her eyes but crossed her arms, looking at him, but not squarely in the eyes.
"No thoughts of betrayal whatsoever, sir."
------------
"Yeah it is, I guess I'm just used to it. I don't notice it as much anymore."
Muja was sweating as well on their trek across Kilika. They were slowly leaving behind the busy streets of the city and into a more natural, less inhabited area of the island. They passed by a few huts here and there, but the landscape was mostly forest. She felt a little awkward after that strange encounter in the graveyard. She wasn't sure what to say. She kept opening her mouth, then closing it, unable to form the right words.

"Good. Now you're dismissed, but do not attempt to attack them again, that daughter of yours might prove useful soon."

"Very well."
Eliv waved her arm in front of her and disappeared from sight.
------------
"It's not too much longer."
Muja said, not wanting to reveal too much about their destination. She followed a path that looked fairly less traveled into the dense forest ahead. She had to stop several times to find the path again, but eventually the forest thinned out a little and a slight trickle could be heard beside them. Muja grinned and started following this stream, for this would lead them to a certain location.
She heard the waterfall up ahead and smiled. She hadn't been here in a while, and today was such a perfect day to be here. Under the shelter of the treetops, the forest was a cool temperature. She looked at Jas before they stepped into the clearing that just came into view.
"I come here to relieve stress or just when I need to think. I love it here, I'd build a hut right here if I could."
Muja then stepped into the clearing, sunlight streaming down on her for the first time since they entered the forest. The rush of warmth thrilled her and she closed her eyes, soaking it in.
The circular clearing was full of lush, verdant greenery and vibrant flowers. The shape of the clearing was more like a horseshoe because of the cliff at one edge. The stream that Muja followed grew a little more urgent as it formed into the waterfall and crashed down the cliff with surprising intensity. Small butterflies darted around from flower to flower, their wings flashing in the sun. The view from the cliff was breathtaking, overlooking the serene ocean.
Muja looked to Jas, hoping he'd feel the same way about this as her. This place really was a secret sanctuary.

"Exactly."
Muja said, relieved that this place flattered him as well. She continued to stand and survey the scene before her, and noticed its stark contrast to the graveyard. Everything in the graveyard was dead and desolate, whereas this place burst with new life and utter beauty. Coming to this place after being in the graveyard was like taking an antidote. Thoughts of her mother flew to the corners of her mind.
