::Gideon indicated his sword::
Freyan silver. It repels darkness.
::Then he moved to help Gwen to her feet. The sorceress was drained and too weak to stand on her own, having to sling her arm over Gideon's shoulder for support::
Your strength will return soon. But you should know those chains that held you were still strong when I cut them. It means that darknes still lingers in your heart. You must tread carefully. She never gives up until you are as miserable as she is and she'll use whatever weaknesses in your resolve you may have. Take care not to give in.
Gwen: ::weakly:: No... Never again.

::Lillith's eyes met Gwen's with an iced over stare::
If you were really able to sever your ties to her then I guess that means I can trust you enough to go through with this. But this doesn't mean I forgive you. Give me any reason to doubt you and you won't have to worry about them coming back for you, because I'll send you to hell myself.
::Then the headmistress stalked back up to the surface with no intention of ever returning to that room and its ghosts ever again. The four rejoined the others upstairs::
It's done. We can move on now.
::Then she dropped herself into her seat looking tired, but triumphant::

::Gwen was led by Gideon into her seat, still looking weak. She met eyes with Kerion on the way and simply glared::
(OOC: Okay, anyone that has anything to say, wrap up here. It's finally time to move!)

::Iole shrugged::
Well I guess we're heading to Doma.
::Then she turned to the man sitting next to her; the oldest friend she had::
Hey Captain... I know what I said, but... If you want to back out of this no one would blame you.
(OOC: HA! No excuses this time! Vincent is in on his own accord if he stays!)

Vincent snorted, he knew shew as trying to play him just a little.
"Now, what do you take me for? I'd never stand up an invitation after RSVPing. That would be downright disrespectful of me, wouldn't it?"

::Iole shook her head::
You stubborn old salt.
::Guinevere rose from her seat, apparently having regained some of her strength::
Guinevere: Iole, Oliver, kome with me if you will little ones. I need to get you fitted.
::Iole gave Vincent a peck on the cheek::
I guess I'll see you there.
::Then she got up to hug both Miguel and Nahla from behind::
Fly safe. I can't wait to see how you look in a dress Nahla.

"Hopefully this goes well." Kerion said to Anya.
Anya: I'll see if I can find anything on the host of this celebration. It will at least give me something to do while fighting off boredom. But if you are going to work with them, I think you should clear the air with them.
"What do you mean?"
Anya: Don't tell me you missed seeing the glare Gwen was throwing at you when she came back. I think she heard what you said to Lilith. About that 'special' dart you showed her.
"I think I did push it abit there."
Anya: *Sighs* How is anyone going to work with you if they can't trust you? You need to stop over doing it or you will wind up fighting a battle you can't win because no one is willing to help you. And I think there is one other besides Gwen you need to talk to without getting defensive.

::Guinevere was in the study with a book in her lap. The title had called to her for some reason, and she wasn't sure why. It was an old leather bound book with a title that read Dual Winds: The Adventures of Gabriel and Lillith. But reading it didn't really seem to improve her spirits since it appeared to be a romantic tragedy. It was here that Kerion found her, sitting cross-legged with a cup of tea held elegantly in one pale hand as she read. She didn't even look at him when he entered, just sipped her tea and spoke to him like she would a household servant despite the fact this wasn't even her house::
Iole finished trying on her kostume yet?

"I'm not here about Iole." Kerion said as he approached. "If my actions or words did anything to insult or threaten your power, I apologize. It was not my intention to take things that far."

I suppose I shouldn't be that surprised. After all it's exaktly what I would have done.
::Gwen set her cup down, but it seemed she still didn't dain to grace him with eye contact from her hazel eyes::
You know, I wasn't expekting a warm welkome or anything. How kould I after all that I've done to them. But you Kerion... you were the one that for a moment, just one moment made me believe I kould have a chance. That I kould be part of this. How nice it was to believe that there was at least one of you that I was free and klear with. That I kould kall a friend. Do you have any idea how it feels to believe that someone trusts you, only to learn that they have a knife behind their bakk?
::At this she finally locked eyes with him, and hers were swimming in pain and tears that were fighting to get through. Her voice was low like the growl of a wolf::
It made me feel like a dog with a muzzle bekause the man who kalls himself its friend is afraid he'll bite. Why kouldn't you just say you didn't trust me? That was at least an answer I kould respekt.

"And again, I apologize. I wasn't thinking about that, nor did I consider your feelings. Any and all hatred you have at me now is justified."

::Her snow white lips hardened into a thin line and her eyes looked more like they were boiling now::
Just tell me straight out. Do you trust me or not?
::She could see him formulating an answer, another defense, something that he would use to try and justify his actions, but she wasn't going to let him. She was a high born woman and no one toyed with her heart, ally or not::
You've spent most of your life on a battlefield. Here's a philosophy you should know well is true. Aktions speak louder than words my sharp-eyed friend. If you trust me, then give me the syringe.
::She extended her lily white hand towards him, her palm out and her long dainty fingers reaching for the proof of his sincerity::

::He thinks it over before reaching into his pocket and hands her the auto-syringe:: "And incase you're wondering, that one syringe is all I got."

I'd ask how I kould be sure, but the level of faith in my allies is something I wanted to change about myself.
::She rose from her seat and the way she carried herself made him realize how tall she was. Despite her slender frame, she was as tall as he was. They saw exactly eye to eye::
Kerion, you are the one that I need the most to believe in me. Of all the others, you are the one who understands. If I lost your konfidence...
::She faltered, and when her hand moved for his face, it moved in a way that made it look like it wasn't part of her at all. And before he knew it, the cool flesh of her lips pressed lightly against the side of his face. She pulled back, keeping her hand where it was, and looked him in the eye again. A single tear had escaped to slide down her cheek::
Just please, don't give me reason to doubt you ever again, my knight.
::And with that, she released her hold on him and moved past him, like she was gliding across the floor, her blood red gown trailing in her wake::

"You won't have another reason to doubt me again." ::He sighs as he remembers there is one more person he needs to talk to and decides to get it over with without pushing it back anymore:: "Do you know where Iole might be?"

::Gwen called over her shoulder, not breaking her stride. Her hips swished back and forth as she moved::
Upstairs. I suggest you knock first, she might still be changing. She does look quite radiant, even if she won't admit it.

"I'll keep that in mind." He replied as he stepped out. Like I'll forget something like that. Living with three women and one girl teaches you to knock or else.
::He gets to the room Iole is in and knocks::

::Inside the room, she paused, debating whether or not she wanted to deal with this right now::
So talk.
::He could hear her shuffling around in the room. She must have still been changing out of whatever Gwen had forced her to wear::
