Just above his hooked nose sit a pair of glistening black eyes, which glow blood red when he is angered.
Biography: Once a noble and wealthy count of the kingdom of Doma who made a name for himself on the battlefield as a deadly warrior and a skilled tactician. Dracul was popular man among the people, and was known for his ambitious nature. Rumors persisted that he was the King’s first pick for heir to the throne, as he was his closest cousin and the Queen had yet to conceive and heir. Dracul himself thought these rumors to be rightly credible, having had his beady eye on the throne for years. However a twist of fate gifted the King and Queen with a princess who was immediately appointed as the next heir, dashing Dracul’s hopes in one evening. Through trickery Dracul sought to turn this fate around by assassinating the King and Queen forcing the princess to the throne at a very young age in the hopes that he could rally his followers and overthrow her. He began assembling those in the nobility who were loyal to him, and ordained them “The Order of the Dragon”. Their plan was finally set into motion when the princess turned thirteen. The King and Queen were slain in their beds and the princess was to be crowned the next week. On the eve of her coronation, Dracul and the Order staged a coup. However, he had underestimated the strength and number of those who were loyal to the kind hearted princess and he and his followers were forced to flee to another corner of the Kingdom. In the following Campaigns, Dracul’s niece proved to be a worthy foe. When the dust of the revolt settled, only Dracul and a handful of the Order remained, fleeing further and further into the wilderness. Dracul sought more power for the day that he could avenge this humiliation, and found it in the form of a dark ritual, taught to him by an evil soothsayer. The ritual required him to slay a dragon and drink its blood. This make him a draconian and give him all the powers of a dragon. However, Dracul fought dishonorably and gained only part of the dragon’s power. He lacked the ability to cease his body from aging. To make up for this, he learned the magic of the sorceresses in order to transfer his soul from one body to another, allowing him to virtually live forever. In this manner he reorganized the Order of the Dragon and plotted for the day that he would conquer not only Doma, but the world and claim the self ordained throne of the Dragon Emperor. As he waited in the shadows, he heard tales of a certain demon sorceress who was able to live a seemingly immortal life without the use of a host. Dracul planned to capture her and learn her secrets. It was Dracul who put out the contract on Natalia which Shaft and his group of witch-hunters “The Inquisition” accepted. After Natalia and Crohan learned who their real hunter was, they set out to end him, facing him in his dark castle. However the Count proved a formidable combatant, even with their combined strength when he changed form. Natalia managed drain him of enough energy while Crohan distracted him, which forced him to revert back to his human form. When he attempted to change again, Crohan struck him with his sword, which under some miracle was able to call on its time-related power, trapping Dracul between the two forms in a hideous and monstrous state. Even defeated however, all Crohan and Natalia were able to do was subdue him. Natalia used her strongest magics to seal him in his throne room, trapped in a crystal prison, able to live on forever without aging, but as a prisoner in his own castle. However with Natalia dead, her magic is beginning to weaken, and its only a matter of time before the Count Dracul Vladimir Sigismund returns with a vengeance.
Special Abilities: He is able to transform into his dragon form at any degree, from growing horns, wings, and claws over his humanoid form, to taking on the shape of a complete dragon. His full dragon form is leathery black with crimson spikes along its back, red horns and red spike wings, and blood red eyes. The fire he breathes is a sickly green color.
