::They both get a look at the picture before handing it back to Maxwell and looks to Treys::
"Lead the way my good man." Galeon replied.
"Show us were." Jas said.

Without another word, Treys takes off away from Maxwell. He runs straight ahead then ducks into an alleyway between two mostly standing buildings. A dead end looms in front of him but as he reaches the wall at the end of the alleyway, he kicks off one of the side walls and grabs on to the top of the ledge. He pulls himself over and lands on the other side without a sound, running as he lands. In a perimeter around him, his men shadow his every move, unseen, but ready to jump in if anything should threaten their leader.
Treys doesn't bother to see if the other two soldiers had kept up, it hardly matters to him. He just wants this business done with so he can collect his reward. It was a large one this time, though the order said he should do it personally. That stipulation didn't sit well with the ever cautious leader, but the sum was too large to ignore. He quietly hoped he wasn't being set up but it seemed unlikely. The way the order had been given lead him to believe this condition was more for him to give the task his utmost attention than any plot to eliminate him.
Every so often, one of Treys' minions would appear, as if out of the shadows, and whisper something to him and he would alter his course slightly. They were heading in to mostly contested zones now. It seemed this girl had run far. Suddenly, Treys stopped in front of a building. It was run down and seemed as if there had been a fight inside it. Bullet holes and slash marks riddled what he could see of the walls. Here, he does wait to see if the soldiers he was assigned caught up. At the very least they could be fodder, he mused.

::Both Jas and Galeon ran their fastest to keep up with their leader:: Talk about being in a hurry. Jas thought spoke to Galeon. ::They got to the building and looked at the door::
"So, who will go first?" Galeon said.
"I'll go. At least all of us won't be walking into what might be an ambush." ::He placed his hand on his swords hilt as he walked to the door and nudged it open. But as he does, a blood curdling scream is heard before its cut off:: "What the hell?!"
::He pushes the door open all the way, only to wish he hadn't. The inside looked like a massacre, both human and demon body parts scattered across the floor, the walls fresh with spilt blood. But the sound of someone shaking in fear gets him over the sight and steps in, covering his nose to keep from smelling the stentch of the dead:: Dear Gaia! What could of caused all this!

Looking at the carnage, he, once again, considers he may be walking into a some sort of trap. Well, let's see if we can spring it on the wrong person he thought as he looked to Galeon.
"Well, it seems safe enough. Go help your friend there. Escort the girl out of the building."
He waits for a moment, and notices Galeon hasn't moved.
"Oh come now, I'm sure it doesn't smell that bad."
Logic told him to wait outside, or send a subordinate with them to be sure, but arrogance was one of the few things that could overrule logic for Treys at times. He taps three of his gems in a specific order, a code for "Stay put, keep the perimeter." that is sent to all his men in the area. He walks towards the door. Standing a small distance behind Jas, he fully views the carnage. Alarm bells blare in his mind, screaming that this is a trap. He almost draws his sword and dirk but stops, noticing the style of the destruction. It's random, like a scared creature backed into a corner. A trap, at least one set for him, would not leave such obvious signs. Curiosity sparks in him. Looking to Jas in front of him he urges him forward.
"It's quite a scene but we have pressing matters. Hope that the girl isn't among those bodies, for your sakes."
And for the sake of my treasuries Treys added silently in his own mind.

::Before they arrived::
"It's not safe here girl." Said one of the LPA members. "We need to get you out of here."
::Before he could::
"Demons!" Was all he heard before the poor saps head was slashed off.
"Damn! Fight them off!"
::Fighting ensued, but one of the bullets from the gun was deflected and nearly missed Yami, cutting her cheek. Her eyes widen in fear before going dull. She raised her hand.::
"Kid you might want to-" ::He was cut off as a needle flew from her fingertips, hitting him in the neck, paralzying him. The demons took notice of the girl and went to attack her, thinking she was an easy lunch. But she struck, her arms turning into blades as she butchered the demons, unflinching as they roared their death howls. The remaining humans were terrified at her actions::
"W-w-what is she?!"
::This caught her attention, focusing on them.::
"None of you will leave this place..." She said in an emotionless voice. ::She struck, slicing through them, saving the one she paralyzed for last. In two swipes, she decapitated him and sliced his body in half. As he fell to the ground, she snapped out of it. She then noticed the bodies, or what was left of them and the blood. She shrieked and ran to the corner, her hands above her head as she trembled in fear of what has happened::

((OOC: Was hoping either you, Galeon or Nat would of moved this along, but guess I got to))
::Jas sees the girl trembling in the corner, parts of her clothes stained in blood. He slowly approached her, but a slight squeek from the floor catchers her attention. She shrieks and backs away, her back against the wall::
"Wait." Jas said softly. "We're not here to hurt you. Is there anyone else here?" ::Sees her shake her head no fearfully:: "We're here to get you out of here. Can you come over?"
::She timidly gets to her feet and approaches them. But just as she gets close, she passes out from fright, but is caught by Jas before she falls to the ground:: "She's out, and from what she might of seen, I don't blame her." ::He scoops her into his arms and carries her to the door:: "There's nothing left for us here, let's get her back."

((sorry I was just a bit unclear of what was going on))
Treys nods quietly as Jas reappears from the room. He taps his gems in another order then turns and walks out. Glad, as always, that this business was much easier than expected. As he gets outside, he reaches into an enchanted pouch on this belt and pulls, what looks like, a wand from it.
"Now, as opposed to trekking her across the warzones, I propose a different mode of travel."
Wand in hand, he draws the outline of a door and a door appears in the street. Treys taps his gems again and his escort disperses. With that, he opens the door and steps through. On the other side, is the same street where he met Maxwell. The wand was expensive and it only had a limited number of uses but getting this transaction done with no interruptions was worth the use. He puts the wand back and waits for the other two.

((OOC: Sorry for the lack of me posting myself lately haha))
Galeon looked at the girl as Jas walked back out.
" Poor girl..."
She reminded him somewhat of his brother Neiro when they were much younger and Nibelheim had been attacked by Shinra. He then watched as Treys walked through the magical door.
" Well that's handy..."
He waited for Jas to take the girl through before he followed them through it.

::He sighed before fallowing the guy, his eyes drifting to the young girl in his arms.:: She's covered in blood, yet there's not a stratch on her. Whatever attacked them should of attacked her. This isn't making any sense. ::Looks behind to Gal:: "You coming?"

Galeon followed after Jas.
... Yeah, that's strange...Unless whatever attacked the people in there was 'protecting' this little girl or something like that by chance...
He looked around as he got through the door.

As Galeon steps through, the door vanishes without a trace. The officers that were here are gone by now. Treys looks around, impatiently. He didn't like being out in the open without his guard. That and he still felt something was off about all of this. Something behind the scenes. He meant to find out what this was, he decided. Such useful information was always profitable. In any case, those that try to catch two chocobos at once usually end up with none. Treys refocuses on ending the task at hand before pursuing his other ventures. He turns on the two standing near where the door was.
"Well, I do assume you were given some sort of rendezvous point. Get to it, take her there. I will accompany till then. That girl's safety is worth quite a bit and I'm not one to let such an easy reward slip away."

Treys followed at a short distance behind. He appears his usual cocky self again, swagger and all. Internally, he was still on edge slightly. Dismissing that, he kept a sharp eye on these recruits holding the key to his prize. Recruits.
The thought reverberated in his mind. His men always updated him on the ins and outs of the force. He should have heard of these two. He silently adds that to his list of things to investigate later. Calling them out now, if indeed there was anything to call, when they had the girl would not bode well for him. Holding his face steady, Treys continues to follow.

Galeon took the girl and held her in his arms as they walked.
...Uh...You know I don't know...Maybe someone will come out when we get there?...
He followed Jas as they made their way to the rendezvous point.

??: Excellent work boys.
::The trio is stopped by the appearance of a woman in their path. She's a comely woman of average height with her blond hair slicked back into a taut ponytail, blue eyes hidden behind square framed glasses, and full lips coated heavily in red lipstick that matches the color of her fingernails. She's dressed in a navy blue blazer with a matching skirt. More importantly, she's identical to the woman in the photograph Galeon and Jas were given::
Astaroth: I don't believe we've been properly introduced. My name is Alicia Strauss, Secretary of Internal Affairs. It's good to finally meet you in person, Treys Auller. And among such promising recruits. I'll be taking The Captain's daughter now.

Treys steps forward, between Alicia and Galeon. His eyes reflect a sort of cool intensity, calm yet still focused. A quiet signal from one of his many enchanted gems tells him that his escort is in place once again. His customary smirk returns and he sweeps into a low bow. Straightening again he speaks.
"A pleasure Miss Strauss. I'll be happy to hand over the girl but there's still the matter of my payment. I'm afraid I can't help you until I receive it."
With a smirk still prominent on his face, he pauses for effect and then continues in mock innocence.
"It's just bad business."
