Name: Vincent Kumi
Age: 29
Gender: Male
Race: Seems to be Burmecian or some species closely related, he himself has never claimed any specific racial background.
Affinity: Aero and Time.
Birthplace: Unknown, Vincent refuses to speak about his early years. He prefers that people know as little about him as possible for reasons known only to Vincent. His knowledge of the desert leads some to suspect he is from such a region. However, due to unforeseen events, he explained his general past to his crew and Natalia. Born in Vector, he became a refugee at an early age due to the constant wars waged there.
Weapon: Two pistols, named Hawaa and Kufr. Both pistols are 16 round, 40 caliber semi automatic. Though they sound rather mundane, Vincent has a certain knack for imbuing his magical abilities into them, thus increasing their strength. His melee weapon is a strange and unique weapon called an Urumi. This weapon, in a sense, is a whip sword. It is made of flexible mithril in several long strands making it quiet useful when battling multiple opponents. He wears it like a belt, concealing it from unsuspecting foes.
Appearance:
-Height: 5'9"
-Weight: 158lbs
-Hair: Black
-Eyes: Red
Vincent is trim and fit, leaning more towards the skinny side with just barely reaching average muscle mass, thought don’t let that fool you. He is quite capable of feats of dexterity and speed.
His ears are naturally folded back and his red eyes sit deep in his skull, which gives Vincent a menacing appearance. His face is also heavily pierced, with metal through his nose, lip, eyebrow, and a number along his ears. He also has a tattoo next to his left ear that bleeds through the fur, its meaning is unknown.
Vincent wears a dark grey trench coat, even in the hottest of weather. Gloves, a very Victorian style shirt, dark slacks and steel-toed boots. Simple and fairly clean cut clothing respectively.
Biography: Vincent is rather mysterious man, bent on wealth accumulation rather then politics and the affairs of weary travelers. He is what people have come to affectionately call, a “sky pirate” and a rather good one at that. His crew, comprised of five members, all human except for Vincent and his 1st mate, Miguel, who would best be described as some type of anthropomorphic lemur creature that enjoys smoking and booze. Vincent likes to think of himself as following in the footsteps of the great high-seas pirates of centuries past, carrying on in their fine tradition.
Other: His airship is called the Hijrah, its total length is 230 feet with a bow of 25 feet. Has 4 engines, 1 overdrive, 3 stability drives for greater hovering purposes and airborne maneuvers, numerous failsafe devices and an arsenal of weapons. This includes forward and aft energy-based turret guns, several harpoons launchers that help tether other airships to itself, these can be used as zip lines by the crew for boarding. The aft also includes a device invented by Vincent himself, deploying timed high-energy grenades from a shoot in the stern, he can attempt to loose another airship trailing him but knocking it off course or damaging it.
The ships cargo capacity is 45 tons not including the 1 fighter bay with 1 light intercepting craft. There is also a chocobo pen on board with 3 chocobos.
Crew
The Hijrah's crew consists of Ensign Tresk, a young man who mans the helm of the Hijrah. He's a quiet man and rarely speaks unless updating the captain or addressed. He wears a Victorian/British style sailing uniform, which include a loose white shirt and linen pants. He has no known weapons.
First Mate Miguel is the most unique member of the crew who operates the radios, reads the charts, and watches the radar. He's a very crude individual, grity and unrefined, as well as heavy drinker. His appearence is like that of a ring-tail lemur, long tail, etc... as well as dresses in a very pirate garb. His weapons are a pistol and saber. He also apparently has a thing for plush toys.
Second Mate Rafee is the ships purser, cook, and whatever other task is needed from him. He's an exotic man, well built but soft spoken. He's rarely seen wearing a shirt. His weapon is a spear.
Thrid Mate Nahla is the only female crew member and is the ships weapon's expert. She's a bit of a tomboy and normally wears an oil stained jumpsuit and combat boots. She's very protective of Vincent and the crew, being the most suspicious of the lot. Though once warmed up to a person, she can be quite gentle and surprisingly feminine. Her weapons include the Hijrah itself and various other small arms.
Finally there is Cheif Mate Nivzad, the ships engineer. He's a burly man in coveralls and a bandana. He's known for his cursing and unorthodox methods of repairing engines. He's also the oldest member of the crew, by near a decade. He has no known weapons.
All members of the crew hail form the former region of the The Empire of Gastra. Due to the constant wars by the Angels of old and others, the region destroyed itself under the build up of magical radiation, according to Vincent and his crew.
Special Abilities:
Keelhauling: Vincent uses his Urumi to grab an opponent with one metal strand, thus incapacitating them, while the others flick about, striking the opponent in the face or other desirable target spots.
