(OOC--I have the ability to be in many places at once. )
::All Rainii had heard is that there was a party in Madain Sari, in Infinity’s honor. She couldn’t really figure out WHY there needed to be a party, or why she had to attend.
The next thing she knew, she was in Madain Sari, and trying to figure how she got there.
Her reluctance to attend wasn’t, in fact, because she was still greatly depressed-- beacuse,for the most part, she wasn't--it was more to do with the fact that she was just a little uncomfortable with the fact that her close friend was, in this place, a celebrity.
They were bound to ask her about him, and she was tired of answering questions.
As she enters Madain Sari, she is surprised by the sheer volume of people. They were everywhere-- setting up things, running, laughing-- and generally enjoying themselves. They seemed….happy. Oddly, strangely, happy. Rainii thinks this might be the happiest memorial service she’d ever seen. It made her think of what Mog had said--
“How do you think they would want you to feel right now? Sorrow or happiness? Kupo! I choose happiness because he was able to touch my life and I was lucky enough to have known him!”
Well, if they were happy, for whatever reason…she figures she should be too. She enters the city, smiling more than when she arrived. After a bit of searching, Rainii manages to find an inn, and buys a room. She settles in for a bit, and then decides to walk out on the balcony, just to people-watch. A calm feeling comes over her, and she smiles. An hour or so later, she leaves the inn, to go explore.
Although….as she leaves the inn, she can’t help but feel that her life was going to get very interesting again, and very soon.
Her smile gets wider.
She can’t wait.::
