::A silver haired gentleman in a fine suit sits at the anchor desk with a splash screen beside him appears on your screen. The splash reads 'Lindblum Blast'::
GNN has just gotten live feed back at the scene of the horrible explosion that rocked the war-torn city of Lindblum and destroyed the Regent Palace, moments ago. Correspondents Trish Harrigan on scene.
::Screen changes to a fuzzy picture of smoldering ruins, smoke choked skies and raging fires of a city at war. In the distant background, the sight of the collapsed Palace is featured predominately. A red-headed woman, wearing a blue bullet-proof vest and helmet, with the words 'PRESS' stenciled on the side, stands in screen.::
Thank you, James. Yes, it seems that only moments ago an explosion destroyed the Lindblum Palace residence. We do not know what type of device was used, but it is believed to have been an LPA operation. No claim of responsibility has been issued yet but with the recent escalating of fighting the last few days, it is safe to assume. There has been no casualty figures yet, but...
::Camera pans out, focusing closer on the spot where the collapsed palace lays smoldering.::
As you can see here, even from the press neutral zone, the destruction is staggering. With the continued fighting in the streets, it may be some time before international aid workers be able to survey the scene. I'll be keeping you updated on the ground as more of the story develops, back to you James.
::Screen returns to the anchor man, sitting at the news room desk.::
Thank you, Trish. Stay safe, we'll be waiting here for your reports. We'll now turn to GNN's expert adviser on the LPA, Rick Palkot. Rick?

We have another update on the situation developing in Lindblum, we now turn to our correspondent on the ground, Trish Harrigan. Trish?
::The scene changes to a shaky camera situated somewhere near ground zero, with Trish behind the microphone and a scene of smoky rubble directly behind her. What appears to be foreign relief works scurry like ants over the rubble, moving the stone and debris into trucks. The streets are lines with LPA rebels, guarding the area.::
James, LPA and their political wing, the Crest Workers Party, have issued a temporary cease-fire to allow the relief workers you see behind me to shift through the ruble in hopes of finding any survivors. Using heavy machinery, microphones, and dogs, it is hoped that some of the over two thousand servants and soldiers that lived and worked in the Palace will be find alive.
James: Any word about the Regent or other members of the Royal family?
Yes James, several members of the Regent’s cabinet and family have fled the city, fearing their own safety. We do not know at this time who in the Royal family was actually in the Palace at the time of the blast.
James: What of the situation on the ground, what is the feeling on the street about this?
Jubilation, James. The LPA rebels have not stopped celebrating their victory since we’ve arrived. The press staff have been on their toes though, we do not know if the violence will spark up again. Oh, and James, the leader of the CWP, the man only known as Commitsar Reynard has declared today, to the world that Lindblum is now a sovereign state under the new name… the Lindblum Socialist Republic or the LSR and has declared himself intern acting Party Chair of the Provencal Government until elections can be held. There has been no word yet from the international community about what Reynard has said. Back to you James.
::Screen turns back the anchor desk.::
Keep us updated, Trish. In related news –
::News splash behind him changes to ‘Flames of Revolution’::
In Alexandria today, LSR sympathizer groups have sprung up in the streets, rioting and protesting, calling for the resignation of the Alexandria royal family or face consequences like those that happened in Lindblum. No statement from the Alexandrian government yet on the matter. And in Treno, where the insurrection had hit a stalemate, another push by the militant party there has begun gaining ground once again in the city.

This just in from the site of the Lindblum blast, the GNN team has received credible reports that bodies have begun to be pulled from the rubble by relief workers. So far, according to our reports, that over thirty bodies have been recovered and are now in the process of being IDed. Also, a statement by representatives from the Regent Government of Lindblum stated that information of a possible attack against the Palace and other sensitive structures had been intercepted days prior to the attack, and security was heightened in the Palace. Staff was operating at a minimum at the time of the attack. It is estimated that several hundred Guard were stationed in the building but only around a hundred civilian staff was working there. There is still no report as to if the Regent was inside at the time. Now, we move to Trish on scene with another update. Trish?
::Screen changes to a scene of the crews shifting through the rubble with Trish and an LPA official standing beside her in the foreground.::
Thank you, James. Beside me is a representative with the LPA who will be releasing a statement concerning the type of explosive used in the attack. Lieutenant...

We now go back to Trish on scene in Lindblum *clears throat* Trish, what do you have for us?
::Screen changes to a live scene where Trish is sidestepping along infront of the camera, behind her are medics and other crowds of relief works and rebels, watching as someone is being carried away.::
James, in what can only be described as a miracle, moments ago a survivor was pulled out from the rubble. We currently do not know who this person is or the state of their condition but, in this has been a rejuvenating revelation for the people hear.
James: Amazing to hear Trish, wh-
James, excuse me. ::Trish stops, hand pressed against her ear, holding the earpiece closer in her ear:: James, GNN has just gotten another report that other survivors are being pulled from the wreckage. The minute we have more, we'll break back to here. This is Trish Harrigan, on scene.
::Screen changes back to the new rooms.::
What an amazing turn of events, our prayers go out to all those involved in this horrible event.
