Name: Oliver "Ollie" Fray Tipp
Age: 17
Race: Burmecian
Birthplace: Lindblum
Affinity: Natural Elements, lower mid-range level
Weapons:
Golden Combs- Once his late father's weapons, they are now in his possession. Though Oliver has yet to even master their workings, what he does know is they operate by turning a few strands of hair that are caught in their teeth into needle like weapons that can wrap, pierce, impale, etc... enemies through some magical means that eludes Oliver. He rarely uses them though.
Explosives- Since joining the ranks of the Red Dragoons and the LPA, Oliver has been taught to make and use explosive devices in service of the cause he so strongly believes in. These are mostly in the realm of improvised explosives or timed devices.
Innate weapons- Like his father, Oliver has developed a strong set of claws, both on his hands and his feet. His tail is also extremely strong, making it an excellent blunt device. His teeth are also extremely sharp and strong, with pronounced fangs.
Appearance: Like a typical Burmecian, he’s lean and lanky with a lack-luster steel gray fur that has very fine and dull gray streaks along his tail, his head hair has grown as well, long enough to cover his eyes. He dresses in a rather flowing coat, scraf, and other baggy loose clothes, all of which is very earthy in color and well used. Adorning his head is a set of goggles resting on his forehead.
-Height: 5’11”
-Weight: 143 lbs
-Fur: Steel Grey
-Eyes: Platinum Blue
-Body Type: Lean
Biography: Oliver was born a bastard in Lindblum, his mother only telling him that his father had died saving her and she came here penniless to try and start a new life. A new life she did achieve, working as a seamstress. Oliver himself spent most of his short years on the streets, in and out of the public schools, never taking well to the idea of a routine. He is also part of one of the local street gangs, pick pocketing and causing general mischief around his neighborhood.
Life was going well as could be expect for people of the lowest class in society, till one night, Oliver’s mother was murdered in a most violent and ritualistic fashion. He was left orphaned except for his empty little room of a house. Oliver decided to take it upon himself to find who murdered his mother and bring them to vigilante justice.
Having achieved his vengeance by helping stop Guenevere, Rena Williams, and August Krasnow, Oliver returned to Lindblum. There he took up a job as a type-setter in a printer's shop. He learned and refined his ability to read as well as speak; his accent now is far less pronounced and reading is far less a challenge to him.
Over the years, Lindblum began to take on a new atmosphere. His former gang, the Shaunkills, joined with the Bowery Boys to form the Vigilance Committee, of which he was a junior member of till it was outlawed. Struggle would then ensue as the Crest and other poor areas began to grow discontent as the Regent, police, and Guard, began to suppress radical thought and new political ideologies. These new ideologies burned a passionate fire inside Oliver, keeping close to his heart the book with the works of these radical political philosophers.
Now a member of the Crest Workers Party, and clandestinely a member of the Lindblum People's Army. Oliver, and many other young men and women have taken up violent resistance against the aristocracy.
Specials:
Emily "the Sparrow": Named after his mother, Emily was given to him as a gift by Lillith. She can sense danger, send messages, and acts as an aid to him. She has the same platinum blue eyes that Oliver has.
Oliver's genetics has gifted him with extremely strong magic and elemental resistance. Fire, ice, etc... barely affect him. His body is also nearly immune to disease, having never been sick a day in his life. Lastly, his body is extraordinarily strong and agile, able to take a harsh beating without more then a few bruises and is agile like a mongoose.
