::Gwen towered over the young dragon, staring down at her with her calculating hazel eyes. There may have been a hint of compassion in them, but it was clouded by the analytical role that her mind worked in::
This isn't going to stop Iole. You are the only one that kan put an end to this. More and more kingdoms are going to get kaught in the krossfire and more people are going to die.

Oliver came to her side, kneeling beside her. He put a hand upon her shoulder and let her cry for a few moments before embracing her. He gave Gwen a rather nasty glare as he looked up from Iole's shoulder.
"Not rig't now." He lashed out with his words. His one eye glared like a dagger at her, as if just daring her to continue her rant. She was right, however, Oliver knew that, but there was a time and place for that and a time to cry. This was one of the latter instances. He returned to cuddling Iole, trying if at all possible to let some of her anguish seep into him.

::Kerion shakingly gets back to his feet after the blast had knocked him, Stefan & Oliver off their feet. He hears someone running and sees its Jas & Kyran::
Jas: What just happened?! We felt the whole castle quake!
"Gwen unleashed the magic she absorbed from those demons earlier. Where were you two?"
Kyran: We came running as fast as we can, but we got sidetracked by demons. Then Jas here got knocked out by a flying door.
"Ouch, you alright?"
Jas: I'm fine, if only these cheeping chocobos would shut up.

::Gwen's own eyes narrowed back at Oliver::
The klokk is tikking little ones.
::She turned abruptly, flinging her sandy blond hair over her shoulders as she left, stalking past Jas, Stefan, and Kerion::
I'm going to the kouncil room. Iole and I have been summoned. Bring her when she's ready. Kerion, get our things onto the Blakk Jakk. I have the feeling we won't be permitted to stay when the dust klears.
