But the royal guards already knew of me and came after me. They would of killed me had he not taken care of them first. After they were dead, I was left with two choices: To serve my savior, which would mean severing my ties to my past or remain on the run for the rest of my life, constantly being hunted. I choose to serve him, seeing as I owe him my life."

Astaroth: Heartwrenching, really. Serve the man who saved your life first, or the man who saved your life second. What a conflict. And then there's the matter of the girl. How old would she be now? I imagine she's grown quite a bit.
